Shop Policies
It’s important to me that you’re satisfied with your order. Here are my shop policies.
Payments
- Via Credit/Debit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please make sure to provide the exact name, billing address, and telephone number that is used for this card provider. Payment may be declined if your information is incorrect. Once your order is completed, your card will be billed.
- Via Check. If you prefer not to pay online, we accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. dollars only. Please contact me via phone or email to place your order, and I will calculate your order total, including shipping and sales tax, if applicable. Please mail your check to:

Your order will be processed once I have received your check or money order. A $25 fee is charged on all returned checks. Checks received written with the incorrect dollar amount will cause a delay in processing your order.
Discount Codes
On occasion, we offer discounts on some of our products. Those discounts may be received by using a valid discount code at the time of checkout.
- Discount codes may not be combined
- Discount codes may not be used after expiration
- Discount codes may not be used on products where a portion of net proceeds are being sent to a charitable organization or cause (i.e. hospice or National Scleroderma Foundation), unless explicitly stated
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will automatically be charged for orders delivered to addresses in North Carolina. The current applicable sales tax rate based on the shipping zip code will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
I want you to be satisfied with your order. If your order was damaged in transit, defective, the wrong product, or you are simply dissatisfied with your purchase, here’s how I will help.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product. If you received a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or if you received the wrong product, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge. You must notify me of these issues within 7 days of the receipt of the product by contacting me at blondesighted@gmail.com or calling me at (336) 317-4278. I may ask that you send me a photo of the damaged or defective product before issuing a refund.
- Non-Returnable/Refundable Items. Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrived to you damaged or defective.
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Dissatisfied with Purchase? I’m sorry to hear that. Please know I will gladly accept a return and process a refund to your original form of payment less the original shipping cost, once your return is received.
Please note that custom/personalized orders or digital downloads are not eligible for return/refund, unless they arrived to you damaged or defective.

Shipping
I create, package, and ship most of the items directly from my shop. Currently, my pillows are produced and shipped separately, via a print-on-demand partnership with a North Carolina-based company. For this reason, shipping times for your orders may vary.
- Orders Shipped from My Shop. Orders placed for items that I fulfill are generally shipped within 5-10 business days of receipt of payment. I use USPS Priority Mail for shipping, and it is automatically calculated, based on your zip code and current rates.
- Pillow Orders (print-on-demand). Your pillow will be shipped to you directly from my partner company within approximately 10 business days of your order. If you have also ordered other items from my shop, along with a pillow, please know you will receive two separate shipments to complete your order.
- Holiday Shipping Times. We all know how busy this time of year can be! Because I cannot predict the time it takes the carrier to deliver your item, once it leaves my shop, please make sure to place your order no later than the first week of December to have the best chance of receiving it by December 25.
- International Shipping. Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.
